Our Development Roadmap for Music World’s Groundbreaking Destination

|

January 2, 2025

At Music World, we are proud to unveil our detailed development roadmap for the creation of Time Travel Towns, a groundbreaking destination unlike any other. Our innovative project promises to transport visitors through iconic decades and locations, combining state-of-the-art technology with artistic storytelling. More than just a park, Music World will redefine what it means to create a destination, blending cultural celebration with immersive entertainment.

A Vision Rooted in History and Innovation

Our destination, designed with mathematical precision and artistic inspiration, will feature 11 towns spanning 11 decades, each representing a unique cultural era. Every town, sized at 10 acres, will include a signature immersive experience where Guests can step on stage or into music videos with iconic music artists. We’ve drawn design inspiration from iconic destinations like Central Park in New York, the Gardens of Versailles in France, and Times Square, blending grandeur with intimacy. At Music World, every detail—from architecture to entertainment—will tell a story, offering our Guests an unforgettable journey through time.

Each of the 11 towns will reflect a unique cultural zeitgeist, from the jazz-filled streets of 1920s Chicago to the vibrant nightlife of Ibiza in the 2020s. With meticulously designed spaces, Music World aims to be both a celebration of the past and a beacon of what entertainment can become in the future. Beyond its musical focus, the destination will also include educational, scientific, and interactive digital experiences, ensuring that every Guest finds something meaningful and inspiring.

Our Development Timeline

Music World’s development will follow a meticulously planned four-stage timeline:

Stage 1: Entitlements and Planning (Years 1 and 2) During the first two years, our team will focus on securing entitlements and developing comprehensive plans. This stage involves collaborating with local authorities, conducting environmental impact assessments, and finalizing designs that align with our theme of time travel and cultural celebration.

Stage 2: Land Improvements and Infrastructure (Year 3) In year three, we will transform the site’s landscape, with extensive land improvements and the construction of core infrastructure. This includes roads, utilities, and the foundational systems necessary to support our ambitious vision. Sustainability will be at the forefront, featuring a solar farm and eco-friendly waste-to-energy solutions.

Stage 3: Vertical Development and Finalization (Year 4) In the fourth year, we will begin vertical construction. Advanced 3D printing technology will be employed to create buildings, with facades made from environmentally sustainable materials. This stage will also see the development of our signature Versailles-inspired gardens and immersive performance stages. Simultaneously, our teams will finalize operational readiness by installing interactive exhibits, training staff (referred to as “Captains” to guide visitors), and ensuring every detail embodies our mission of joy and cultural celebration. By the end of this phase, Music World will be fully ready to open its doors to Guests from around the globe.

A Sustainable and Inclusive Approach

True to our forward-thinking ethos, we are prioritizing sustainability. Our infrastructure will include a 50-acre solar farm, while electricity generated from recycled waste will power various facilities. Buildings will be 3D printed on-site, reducing waste and ensuring architectural precision. Additionally, we will feature lush gardens and a reproduction of the Gardens of Versailles to promote balance and wellness for our Guests.

Guest Experience Reimagined

Our approach to entertainment will redefine the visitor experience. Rather than rides themed around movie characters, our destination will offer opportunities for Guests to step onto stages with famous music stars, immerse themselves in the production of iconic music videos, and explore the cultural richness of each decade. Visitors, referred to as “Heroes” and “Guests,” will be guided by our “Captains” on a journey that promises to be educational, inspiring, and unforgettable.

We are also incorporating interactive spaces where Guests can engage with cutting-edge digital experiences. From learning about the science behind sound to collaborating on a virtual music video, every moment in Music World will be an opportunity for exploration and connection. These unique offerings are designed to make Music World not just a destination but a hub of creativity and cultural exchange.

A Call for Collaboration

As we enter our development phase, we invite collaboration with artists, investors, and industry experts to bring this visionary project to life. With a capacity to host between 60,000 and 80,000 visitors daily, Time Travel Towns is poised to become a global destination for music lovers and adventurers alike. Together, we can craft a legacy of joy, innovation, and connection that will inspire generations.

Ever wondered why a medieval city core makes you feel at ease while a sprawling modern metropolis feels overwhelming? The answer lies in the balance of proportions—a principle rooted in classical design and human scale. Music World, an innovative concept that marries music and time travel, is built on these timeless principles, offering guests not just entertainment but a profound sensory experience.

Designed for the Human Experience

Music World embodies the design philosophy found in historic cities like Rome, Oxford, and Quebec, where streets are walkable, buildings are intimate in scale, and the human connection to the environment is central. These cities draw people in because they resonate with the human body, not the automobile. Similarly, Music World’s 11 towns, each representing a different decade, are structured with proportions that delight the senses and foster comfort, curiosity, and joy.

The towns are thoughtfully laid out in Golden Ratio Districts, a unique feature inspired by the ancient mathematical principle of 1.618. This ratio, often referred to as the divine proportion, is a hallmark of beauty and harmony. It has guided the design of some of the world’s most iconic works, from the Parthenon to Leonardo da Vinci’s ‘Vitruvian Man,’ and now, Music World.

A Symphony of Scale and Proportions

Each of Music World’s 11 towns spans 10 acres, with 3 acres devoted to immersive, artist-focused experiences. The towns are designed to evoke a sense of wonder and belonging, much like medieval city centers. Streets are wide enough for vibrant interactions, and every building’s scale corresponds to its intended use, creating an environment that feels natural and inviting.

The centerpiece of the park is a stunning 20-acre reproduction of the Versailles Gardens, meticulously crafted to provide balance and wellness. This lush sanctuary, much like the iconic gardens of France, is a testament to the enduring power of thoughtful proportions and human-centric design.

Marrying Music and Mathematics

Music World takes the idea of harmony beyond music, embedding it into every aspect of its design. Just as a symphony balances rhythm and melody, the park balances historical inspiration with modern innovation. Every building and space within Music World is 3D-printed with eco-friendly materials, ensuring sustainability without sacrificing beauty.

Proportions are not just about aesthetics; they create spaces that feel right. For example, towering skyscrapers may evoke unease, while mountains inspire awe because they harmonize with their natural surroundings. Similarly, Music World’s design ensures every space resonates with its purpose, creating a feeling of harmony for its Guests.

A Stage for Storytelling

Every corner of Music World has a story to tell. From the meticulously designed facades to the hidden details within each district, the park is an immersive canvas for artistic expression. The interactive experiences with legendary music artists are more than just entertainment; they are carefully curated moments where Guests become part of the narrative. Whether stepping into the bustling jazz scene of the 1920s or experiencing the vibrant culture of the 1980s, every interaction is a tribute to the timeless influence of music.

Innovation Rooted in Tradition

While Music World embraces cutting-edge technology, such as 3D printing and renewable energy sources, its design remains rooted in the traditions of classical architecture and urban planning. This duality ensures that the park feels both futuristic and familiar. The use of eco-friendly materials and sustainable practices reflects a commitment to innovation that aligns with the park’s guiding principles of balance and harmony. It’s a vision of progress that respects the beauty of the past.

Inspiring a New Era of Theme Parks

Music World isn’t just redefining what a theme park can be; it’s setting a new standard for experiential design. By prioritizing proportions, harmony, and the human experience, it offers a model for creating spaces that resonate deeply with visitors. It’s not just about entertainment—it’s about connection, inspiration, and transformation. As Guests journey through decades of music and culture, they are reminded that beauty, like music, transcends time.

By focusing on human scale, harmonious design, and the universal language of music, Music World promises to be a destination that enriches the soul and captivates the imagination. It’s a place where past and future meet, where artistry and mathematics converge, and where Guests can truly “Be Happy.”
