Terms and Conditions for Membership Purchase: Music World Founders Club
Updated: Effective January 1, 2025
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
By enrolling or participating in the Music World Founders Club Membership Program (the “Program”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Music World Membership Terms (the “Membership Terms”), as they may be amended from time to time by Music World.
ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND MUSIC WORLD, EXCEPT FOR SMALL CLAIMS, IS SUBJECT TO A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND MUST BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION. PLEASE READ THE ARBITRATION PROVISION IN THESE MEMBERSHIP TERMS AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
In addition, these Membership Terms incorporate the Music World Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), and your agreement to these Membership Terms also constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. For purposes of interpreting the Terms of Use in connection with the Program, “Music World Products” means the Program. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the meanings provided in the Terms of Use.
If any provision in these Membership Terms conflicts with any provision in the Terms of Use, the conflicting provision in these Membership Terms will control. You are responsible for all activities that occur with respect to your membership (including, but not limited to, participation by your guest(s) in a member-exclusive event), and you are responsible for you and your guest(s) complying with any and all additional stated terms in connection with any element of the Program (e.g., events, offers, promotions, etc.). In the event you violate any of the Membership Terms or any additional stated terms, your membership may be suspended or terminated by Music World in its sole discretion, pursuant to these Membership Terms.
Program Sponsor
The Program and its benefits are sponsored by and offered at the sole discretion of Music World Towns INC (“Music World,” “we” or “us”). The rights and obligations of Music World under the Program may be assigned or transferred by Music World to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, with or without notice, and performance thereafter shall be the responsibility of that entity.
Membership Eligibility
Enrollment in the Program is for non-commercial purposes and is open to persons 18 years or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Certain promotions, offers, and events may be available only to people 21 years or older.
Each individual is allowed only one membership. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program or compliance with these Membership Terms will be resolved by Music World in its sole discretion.
Membership Enrollment Fee and Subscription Information
Membership fees for the Program are as follows:
- Member of Founders Club Plan: $234/lifetime.
Membership fees are subject to applicable taxes and may change at Music World’s sole discretion.
Benefits and Limitations
Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. Music World reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefits at any time. Membership cards and associated items will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Program Changes and Termination
Music World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program and its benefits at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Music World’s. By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
All disputes arising from or related to the Program must be resolved through individual binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action..
Governing Law
These Membership Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY HEAR YOUR CASE.
- Agreement to Arbitrate
- By purchasing a membership in the Music World Founders Club, you and Music World agree to resolve any disputes, claims, or controversies (“Disputes”) through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as provided below.
- This arbitration agreement applies to all Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the membership purchase, the use of membership benefits, or any aspect of the relationship between you and Music World, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.
- Exceptions to Arbitration
- Either party may bring a Dispute in small claims court if the Dispute qualifies and remains within the jurisdiction of such court.
- Disputes relating to the ownership or enforcement of intellectual property rights are not subject to arbitration.
- Class Action Waiver
- You and Music World agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
- The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
- Arbitration Procedure
- The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The AAA rules are available at adr.org.
- The arbitration will take place in the county where you reside, or another mutually agreed location. If you and Music World cannot agree on a location, the arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California.
- The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
- Costs of Arbitration
- Music World will pay all filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees for any arbitration initiated in accordance with this agreement. However, if the arbitrator finds that your Dispute is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, you will be responsible for such fees.
- Right to Opt-Out
- You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to 1155 S. Grand Ave. #1102, Los Angeles, CA 90015 within 30 days of your membership purchase. You opt-out notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of this arbitration agreement.
- Severability
- If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining portions shall remain in effect.
- Governing Law
- This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and federal arbitration law.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this arbitration agreement and agree to its terms.
